Job Description: New York Life Insurance is seeking a passionate and hardworking Web Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about New York Life Insurance products and services. 3. Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims, and account management. 4. Problem-solve and negotiate solutions to customer issues. 5. Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Maintain customer records and documentation accurately. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat assistant role. 2. Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and web chat platforms. 5. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. 6. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
