Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Target as a Web Chat Assistant based in London, England. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our web chat platform to answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues or concerns. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Follow company guidelines and procedures to accurately resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. - Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. - Must be eligible to work in the UK.
