Job Description - Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:


Southwest Airlines is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Assistant to join the team in our London, England office. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of relevant experience. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers through online chat support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through web chat. - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any concerns they may have. - Provide information on Southwest Airlines policies, procedures, and services. - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. - Stay up-to-date on airline industry trends and updates. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: - Independent and motivated with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Strong project management and planning skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
