Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Sears Holdings is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and possess strong people management and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders, and processing returns or exchanges. 3. Utilize empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations. 4. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
