Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. 3. Utilize resources to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 5. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our system.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role or similar field. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.
