Web Chat Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Associate to join our team at Cigna in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding privacy and data security

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a team-based environment - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer skills and web-based chat systems - Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
