Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Associate to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland in London, England. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat communications. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet key performance indicators and productivity goals set by the company - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Excellent presentation skills - Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions - Proficient in using online chat systems and technology - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
