Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Dow Chemical is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize negotiation and cooperation skills to address customer concerns effectively - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
