Celanese, a global technology and specialty materials company, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Associate to work from home in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Utilize decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Contribute to team goals and foster a spirit of teamwork
