Web Chat Associate - Work from home

As a Web Chat Associate at Realogy Holdings, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a part-time remote position based in London, England, UK, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize chat scripts and resources to deliver accurate information and support to customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling interactions with empathy, patience, and efficiency. 5. Identify trends and recurring issues in customer inquiries to help improve processes and procedures. 6. Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Comfortable using web chat platforms and technology tools. 6. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus. 7. Adaptable and independent personality traits.
