Job Description:

Core-Mark Holding is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns through web chat in a timely and efficient manner. - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product issues. - Provide product recommendations and information to customers to enhance their shopping experience. - Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed. - Stay informed of product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Use creativity to develop strategies for enhancing the online chat experience for customers.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Energetic and hardworking attitude with a passion for customer service. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and online customer service tools. - High school diploma or equivalent.
