As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Accurately input customer information and update records as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times and customer satisfaction - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers
