Web Chat Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Manager to join our team at Waste Management in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the company's web chat platform to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the web chat platform. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy. 4. Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5.
