Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Desktop Metal, a leading metal 3D printing company in London, UK, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat system on our website, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to potential customers - Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support for our products - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive sales through the chat platform - Monitor chat metrics and performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize the chat system - Train and oversee a team of chat agents to ensure quality customer service

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - Persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Proficiency in web chat software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
