Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Cisco Systems in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in web chat management and be comfortable working at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including chatbot integration and customer service support - Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat performance, improve response times, and enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze chat data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical support, to ensure cohesion and alignment in chat operations - Train and mentor chat agents to provide high-quality, consistent, and personalized service to customers - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web chat management, and implement new technologies and strategies as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or business - 7+ years of experience in web chat management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams - Adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through web chat - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals
