Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at FMC Technologies in London, England, UK. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat platform to provide excellent customer service to our online users.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure quality customer service and resolution of issues. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. 4. Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 7. Train and onboard new web chat agents as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 4. Proficient in research and people management soft skills. 5. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 6.
