Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Newell Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in web chat management and a proven track record of success in driving customer engagement and satisfaction through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including chatbot development, agent training, and performance monitoring - Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer interactions and drive sales through the chat platform - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other support channels - Monitor and analyze chat data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop chat campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in web chat management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strategic planning and attention to detail soft skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in chatbot development and analytics tools
