Web Chat Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Old Republic International in London, England, UK. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are seeking a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat platforms - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure quality customer service - Analyze data and metrics to optimize web chat performance and efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web chat into the overall customer experience strategy - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Proven experience in web chat management or similar roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Adaptability and emotional intelligence as soft skills - Proficiency in relevant software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
