Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Web Chat Manager to join our team at Viacom in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web chat operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents to ensure they are providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in communication - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Provide leadership and mentorship to the team to foster a positive work culture

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 7+ years of experience in web chat management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in using web chat software and tools - Experience with reporting and analytics - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding goals
