Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at McDonald's in London, England, UK. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform on our website to provide exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the web chat platform on our website to engage with customers in real-time. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. 3. Provide information about our products, services, promotions, and policies to online customers. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries when necessary. 5. Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through the web chat platform. 7. Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure consistent quality and performance. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in web chat management.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in web chat management or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field. 3. Driven and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong planning and strategic planning skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in chat platform management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 8. Knowledge of online customer behavior and trends.
