Tesoro, a leading technology company based in London, England, is seeking a Web Chat Manager to work remotely from home on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in web chat management and a strong understanding of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents to ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase chat efficiency - Monitor chat interactions for quality assurance and provide feedback to agents as needed - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chat workflows and integration with other customer service channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in chat management tools and software - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Research and adaptability soft skills
