Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to work remotely from their home in London, England. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel. - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives. - Train and mentor web chat agents to enhance their skills and performance. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the web chat experience.

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. - Proven track record of managing web chat platforms and driving positive customer outcomes. - Adaptable and energetic personality traits. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Soft skills in adaptability and critical thinking.
