Job Description:
Cameron International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in London, England, UK, providing the ideal work-life balance for the right candidate. As part of our Associate Level team, the Web Chat Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our web chat operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor web chat conversations to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer queries. 2. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to align web chat activities with overall company goals. 5. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in web chat services. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the web chat experience for customers. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on key performance indicators and achievements.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 2. Reliable and resourceful individual with strong leadership and innovation skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service tools. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
