We are looking for a passionate and reliable Web Chat Manager to join our team at Seaboard. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and evaluate chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Train and supervise chat agents to deliver exceptional service - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions - Passion for delivering excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
