We are looking for a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at J.C. Penney. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the web chat platform, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. This position allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the web chat platform, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and promptly - Oversee a team of chat representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through the chat platform - Monitor chat performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet company goals - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strategic planning abilities to develop and implement effective chat management strategies - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
