Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Interpublic Group is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Web Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for engaging with customers through our website's chat feature to provide support, answer inquiries, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through web chat - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Collaborate with team members to improve chat processes and ensure consistency in customer interactions - Assist in managing chat queues and prioritizing incoming requests - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers in a chat setting - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and committed to providing exceptional customer service
