Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a dedicated and independent Web Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via web chat platforms. 2. Provide accurate information about SunTrust Banks products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with account management, online banking services, and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products and services to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service to customers. 9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times. 10. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution. 3. Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language. 4. Strong negotiation and planning skills. 5. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and online banking systems. 7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 10. Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
