Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Web Chat Officer to join our team at PayPal in London, England. As a part-time position, this role is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through web chat support for PayPal customers. 2. Address customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with account management, transactions, and general inquiries related to PayPal services. 4.
