Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Amgen is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Web Chat Officer to join our team in London, UK. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions on our website. This part-time position requires an associate level of seniority with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively - Utilize decision-making skills to address customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Use creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems and enhance the overall user experience on the website

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proven experience in a customer service or web chat role, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve effectively under pressure - Proficient in using web chat platforms and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously - A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
