Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

CarMax, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service through online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about CarMax products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with online purchases, returns, and product inquiries - Utilize innovative approaches to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction - Use persuasion techniques to encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations - Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat software and basic computer skills - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
