Remote Web Chat Officer

We are looking for a part-time Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team at DISH Network in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot any issues they may have - Utilize knowledge of DISH Network products and services to offer personalized solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy - Document conversations and follow up on customer inquiries as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates to better assist customers

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in typing - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
