Amgen is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate will be resilient, confident, innovative, and a team player.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team - Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amgen products and services
