Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our dynamic team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, passionate, with strong strategic planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor chat performance and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for web chat support
