Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at Stripe, located in London, England, UK. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers through engaging conversations. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools. 7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
