Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance in a timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and escalate when necessary - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service software - Independent and reliable personality traits
