Web Chat Officer

Job Description: Rockwell Collins is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in our London office. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Monitor chat volumes and respond to inquiries promptly - Identify patterns or trends in customer inquiries to improve processes and product offerings - Utilize strategic planning and creativity to develop new ways to engage customers through web chat - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and computer systems - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred
