Web Chat Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Web Chat Officer to join our team at eBay in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via web chat, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer chats simultaneously. - Engage in negotiation with customers to resolve issues and reach mutually beneficial outcomes. - Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately. - Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer chats effectively. - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. - Must be reliable and able to work independently. - Previous experience in customer service or web chat support is preferred.
