Web Chat Officer

Veritiv, a leading company in London, England, UK, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors via live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers - Monitor website analytics and make recommendations for improving the chat experience - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and independent with the ability to work autonomously - Excellent cooperation and leadership skills - Familiarity with web chat software and customer service best practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
