Job Description:

As a Web Chat Representative at Erie Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat communication. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the insurance process.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat communication - Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and other insurance-related queries - Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to build rapport and trust - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction - Utilize the company's systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain high-quality service standards
