Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

American Airlines Group is currently seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services through web chat - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and provide a seamless online experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Independent and hardworking with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Strategic planning and research skills to provide the best solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
