Job Description:
Amphenol is seeking a dedicated and independent Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role. The Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via online chat to provide support and answer questions promptly and professionally. 2. Utilize analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services to customers. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and sales targets. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies. 8. Provide feedback to improve the online chat support process.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or sales. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Comfortable using online chat platforms and customer relationship management software.
