Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is looking for a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely and gain valuable experience in the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat - Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Utilize leadership skills to drive teamwork and achieve department goals - Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead discussions with confidence - A passion for customer service and a desire to make a positive impact - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
