Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

GitLab is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a prompt and professional manner via web chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, order assistance, and any other issues they may encounter. 3. Maintain accuracy in documenting customer interactions and updating customer profiles as necessary. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage with customers in a chat environment. 4. Strategic planning and analysis soft skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
