Web Chat Representative

We are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Representative at Siemens in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers in navigating the company website and online services - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services - Utilize strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times - Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction
