Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Avnet, a leading global technology solutions provider, is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in typing and navigating web chat platforms - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
