Macy’s is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies. 3.
