Web Chat Representative - Work from home

We are seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative at Peabody Energy. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in London, England, UK, with a seniority level of Entry Level and requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Demonstrating strong decision-making skills in handling complex customer situations - Managing multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining quality of service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations - Experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks - Vision insurance
