Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and answer questions - Utilize knowledge base and resources to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any concerns - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent multitasking and time management abilities - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to find solutions - Proficient in using web chat software and other online tools
