Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively via web chat - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Adhering to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers

Requirements: - Adaptability and resourcefulness in solving customer issues - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate and interact with customers - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions - At least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat support role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
