Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

HRG Group is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through web chat, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Engage with website visitors to generate leads, promote products or services, and drive conversions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 3. Effective time management and organizational skills. 4. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 5.
